Shipping policy

We ship via Australia Post eParcel, parcel post & courier for larger orders AND Express Post when we have a promotion within Australia.

Your order will ship out within 1-2 business days from Paradise Point QLD.

Order cut off time for shipping is 9am every Monday, Wednesday & Friday unless it lands on a public holiday in which orders will be shipped on the next available business day.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive Australia Post App notification of it's tracking details, if you do not receive this please sign up to Australia Post with the same details as you have given us.

Within Australia: Postage is based on Australia Post standard flat rate postage $10,  up to 5kg.

Australian delivery will take between 2-5 business days between the major cities and up to 5-6 days to regional areas. Express Post is said to take 1-2 business days.

When we advertise FREE SHIPPING it is automatically applied at the checkout if your order is $120 or over. 

FREE SHIPPING is not applied in conjunction with any other sale or discount code. Only 1 discount can be applied per transaction.

*FREE SHIPPING UPGRADE when advertised means that you will still pay the $10 shipping but we will pay the difference to upgrade your postage to express or courier at no extra cost to you just to get it to you faster. In the event that you qualify for FREE SHIPPING and we also have a FREE SHIPPING UPGRADE promotion, you will not pay for shipping at all! Yay!!
