Return & Refund Policy
If you’re not happy with your Moo Organics products, please email us to discuss at hello@mooorganics.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the product (and packaging if it is damaged).
If you have received an item that is broken or damaged, please email us at hello@mooorganics.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photograph of your product & packaging for assessment.
If your order was incomplete or incorrect, please email us at hello@mooorganics.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photograph of your order so we can resolve any issues for you.
We’re happy to offer a refund on products that are unopened and unused. Please email us first with photos before returning your unopened products within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not refund or replace products that you decide you just don't like if there is nothing wrong with the product so please choose carefully. In the event that the product is received back and has been tampered with, we do not refund or replace unless the issue has been discussed & agreed via email first.
We do not cover the cost of postage on returns. You will also assume any risk of lost or damaged items during transit back to us, so we advise you to return the products via registered post and/or take out postage insurance. We can not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit on their return back to us.
Once we have received the items, as per prior email agreement, we will either send you a replacement or organise a refund as discussed.
We are friendly people and are willing to chat & resolve any issues when treated respectfully. We do not tolerate inappropriate language and/or behaviour towards any of our staff be it verbally or in an email and request that you hold a polite, adult conversation with us so that we can help you appropriately.
